Shipping & Ordering Info

The cost and delivery times of your order are estimated online at the checkout. Orders within the Continental U.S. over $400 receive free shipping via UPS ground.

The shipping prices is determined by the order total and is generally about 10 (ten) percent of the order subtotal (This may vary or be much less for smaller orders).

We will ship orders anywhere in the Continental U.S. and in some cases may ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska if the customer pays the entire shipping cost (Fun One, Inc. has the right to refuse any shipment outside of the Continental U.S).

We ship via UPS Ground for most orders, but may us USPS for smaller orders. We process all orders within 7-10 days maximum, but in most cases within 3-4 business days. UPS Ground delivers to most locations within 3-4 business days.

You can also pickup your order from our retail business office located in Oak Creek, WI.

Purchase Orders

We do accept school purchase orders for orders over $400 if they are first verified then approved, and faxed or emailed to us.

Online Payment

Pay securely online with via credit card when you place an order. We use PayPal's credit card processing services and do not have access to any of the information you enter on our site.

Mail a Check Payment

Select pay by check during checkout. Payment instructions will be displayed during checkout. All checks must first clear before your order will ship.

Not comfortable with entering your payment details online? That's okay, we understand. Call us to provide payment information. We never store your information outside of what is required to process the sale. Select this option during checkout.

We accept PayPal secure online payments. Use your PayPal account to submit payment during checkout. You will be redirected to their site to protect your credentials.
